Roger, Stanley, Larry and Joe are four vivacious old men trying to
escape from the evil regime of the caretakers employed at the Dream
Sanctuary Retirement Home.

"Old Boys With New Tricks" (11 min.) is an energetic escape comedy
inspired by films such as The Great Escape, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's
Nest, and Cocoon.

About the Director

LARS MYRVANG is a Filipino/Norwegian born in Rome, Italy 18th
December 1985. He studied in Brittania International School of Rome
and then went to England studying at St. Edward's in Oxford.

He is full of ideas ranging from comedy to surreal drama. A relatively
new filmmaker he has worked hard on many short film projects in many
different roles from actor to visual effects, assistant director to
runner; he knows a film shoot inside out.

He is currently finishing a Bachelor in Multimedia Specialised in Film
Production at Bond University, Gold Coast, Australia.

He is in Manila for a visit and would like to share his short film to
young film students and enthusiasts.
